You’ll be provided with complete and efficient hotel service – laundry, maintenance, etc. along with being fully-equipped to keep you from doing any household chores during your stay. Great food, sports, entertainment, culture… If you like, we can provide you with info about the wide range of activities in Bordeaux and the area. Our apartments are available year round subject to booking terms and conditions for a period of a few days to several months.

Arrival and departure times are flexible subject to availability and an additional fee of €29.
Men’s/women’s bike rental €20 / day, deposit €200 / bike, €45 for 3 days, €75 per week.
Continental breakfast option delivered to the apartment when ordered 24 hours in advance, €25 per person.
We can organize your airport/train station transfer by taxi if you let us know the night before.

The apartment is prepared with the utmost care prior to your arrival. The quality of the bedding will ensure that you get a good night’s sleep. Towels are provided.

You’ll find welcome products in every bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, cotton).

The kitchens are fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washer, iron).

Nespresso capsules, tea, herbal teas, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar are at your disposal.

Providing you with a warm welcome, showing you the apartment and giving you the keys in person is very important to us.

You can reach us at any time during your stay by phone or email if needed. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.

€150 will be deducted from the deposit to clean the apartment after departure.

No pets, except in some cases when requested in advance.

Access: A tramway stop 50 meters from the apartment which stops at the train station.
Parking garage at the Place des Grands Hommes in the immediate vicinity; Tourny parking garage and Jean Jaurès parking garage less than 500 meters away.
